Mr. Schiavo-Campo has, for over two decades, worked in multiple real estate industry capacities.

 

He has a background in credit, lending, security, and extensive knowledge of mortgage processing, mortgage finance, and mortgage title insurance. He rounded out his resume when he became a realtor.


Currently he is focused on mortgage title insurance, escrow management, and compliance.

Meet Zara Schiavo-Campo

Co-Managing Member

Mrs. Schiavo-Campo has a background in information technology and data services. Her husband, Rino, recruited her during the refinance boom to work as a mobile settlement professional in the title insurance industry.


She became a real estate salesperson to enhance the experience of all parties. Her background knowledge enhances client interactions with technology and facilitates transactions in the title insurance arena. 


In this capacity, she works with various companies and technology platforms to streamline, facilitate, and ease transactional processes.

Meet Jianna Jaquez Santos, Esq.

Of Counsel & Real Estate Broker

Ms. Jaquez Santos has a background in research and documentation; she brings her unique experience as a Building Manager in Washington DC to the legal and title insurance realm.


While in law school, she was provided an opportunity to bring her assistance and insight to the landlord and tenants at a private residential property in Northwest D.C. Her duties included facilitating open houses, interviewing prospective tenants, receiving, and assisting with applications, and coordinating with local contractors and the landlord for services such as pest control, maintenance, and repairs.


After passing the bar in DC & MD, she rounded out her resume by becoming a Maryland Real Estate Broker. She also discovered her interested in real estate law and the title insurance industry by working closely with family, predominantly her father Rino Schiavo-Campo.
